Inside the Drambay showroom on Pakhowal Road: what to expect when you visit

Drambay is a Punjab tile brand with one showroom, on Pakhowal Road in Thakkarwal, Ludhiana. We are open every day from 10 in the morning to 8 in the evening. This is a short, honest note on how a visit works, because most people have never bought tiles for a whole house before and do not know what to ask.

Tiles on the floor, not only on the wall

A tile hung on a display wall tells you the design. A tile laid on the floor, eight or twelve pieces together, tells you what your room will look like. We lay out whichever designs you shortlist. Bring the family; the decision usually belongs to more than one person, and it is easier to agree in front of the real thing than over photos.

One rate, written on WhatsApp

We do not print prices on this website. We give a clear rate on WhatsApp, the same rate for everyone, so you can compare it in writing with anyone else's. Ask for it before you come or at the counter; either way you leave with a number you can forward to whoever pays.

What to bring

Room sizes in feet (length x width for floors; height x width for walls). A photo of the room or the wall colour if it is already painted. Your budget range, so we show you the right shelf first and do not waste your afternoon. If you have a tiler, bring his name; a two-minute call about the base and spacers saves trouble later.

What you leave with

A shortlist, a box count for each room with wastage, the rate in writing, and the two promises we put on every order: one batch, shade-checked before dispatch, with the ISI mark on every box; and delivery in 20 days anywhere in India. Pick-up from the showroom is also fine.

Questions we get asked

Do I need an appointment?

No. If you want a particular design laid out and waiting, send the codes on WhatsApp an hour before.

Can I buy without visiting?

Yes. Shortlist on this site, send it on WhatsApp, and we will send faces, the laid-out view and the rate. Delivery is all India.
